Set in a remote rain-soaked village in Kodaikanal, Kevi portrays the struggles of tribal people who lack even basic facilities like roads to reach hospitals in emergencies. The story follows Malayyan (Aadhavan) and his pregnant wife Mandhara (Sheela). When Mandhara experiences labor pain one rainy night, villagers carry her downhill, only to be confronted by a vengeful cop, Charles, who assaults Malayyan. Will Malayyan escape? Will Mandhara safely deliver the baby?
