After losing faith in RAW and killing his superior (Ashutosh Rana), Hrithik Roshan walks away from the agency. Soon, he gets an invite from Kali, a shadow organization backed by politicians and businessmen from Pakistan, China, Russia, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar, aiming to dismantle India`s government and install their own rule.
Knowing Hrithik`s strengths, RAW deploys his childhood friend Jr. NTR and his lover Kiara Advani to stop him. From there, the real war begins. Kiara`s character, in fact, is the daughter of Ashutosh Rana—whom Hrithik had shot earlier in the film.
